About me
I am Nicolas Gless, a senior executive and senior professional with 24 years of experience in multinationals. I have risen through the ranks to hold global senior positions of responsibility such as Sales Director Global, General Manager Director EMEA as well as member of the Global Executive Committee

Over the course of my career, I have led multidisciplinary international teams and completed numerous acquisitions and strategic alliances with various stakeholders, including customers, OEMs, competitors, suppliers, institutes, and country.

My background is based on a solid academic education in engineering, management sciences and business intelligence. I completed doctoral studies in business administration, developing an expertise in cyber-negotiation and decision-making innovative tools in complex B2B/B2G sales, using uncertain causal logic and artificial intelligence.
​​​​I also specialize in business intelligence, with skills in strategic analysis, international development, competitive intelligence, ESG, compliance, due diligence, OSINT, and cybersecurity which allow me to advise start-ups in the field of cybersecurity.​​​​

​Trilingual (French, English, German), I have a global professional experience covering EMEA, China, Japan, North America (USA, Mexico) and Brazil. Based close to Frankfurt International Airport, I am ready to travel anywhere in the world to meet your needs.
